As every single item on Chipiviral is printed to order, we can’t exchange your product. But, your satisfaction is our priority and we will do our best to find a solution that will make you happy! Please contact our customer service for assistance.
B. Shipping & Delivery Info
International buyers! – What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives in my country?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
How much is shipping?
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method.
Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
I never received my package, what should I do?
If your item has not arrived within 30 days for apparel products and 45 days for pillow covers, shoes, bedding and bags after having ordered, contact one of our champs through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you!
Can I track my package?
A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email a few days after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames below, please contact our help support team here and we’ll be happy to assist!
Apparel: 12 – 20 business days
– It may take up to 24h for your package to show up in the forwarder’s tracking system.
– For International orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking.
When can I expect to receive my package?
Every single item on Chipiviral is custom printed just for you, and it will take us 2-10 business days to print and make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be prior to shipping.

I changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?
When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification.
After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it.
To cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel as well as your order number.

How do I place my order?

Where Is My Order Confirmation ?
Through our portal, you’ll be able to track if your order has been printed and shipped – and we’ll give you estimates for each step of the way.
NO ORDER NUMBER? The Order Number is included in your confirmation email – which we send immediately after your order is processed on our website.

ONCE YOUR ITEM SHIPS
*Unfortunately, once your order ships, tracking information is not available for orders fulfilled outside the US.You can track your package’s progress more closely through our shipping provider UPS. To track an order on the UPS site, you will need the UPS tracking information for your package which we email to you.In the event your item was marked as delivered by the Postal Service, we kindly ask if you can reach out to your local post office. There may be a chance your item may have prematurely been scanned and marked as delivered. In the event this happens your item may be delivered a day or two after the fact. After your order has been placed, you have 4 hours to Contact our Customer Service (Here) and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 4 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified or canceled.
Order Not Going Through ?
Try using a computer with either Chrome or Firefox, if you aren’t already. Please clear your cache, make sure all fields are completed, and that your billing post code is correct. If you have tried checking out more than two times, your credit card company may have blocked you from checking out on our site and you may need to call them to verify the charge. If you get an error message due to an incorrect billing post code any charges on your card will automatically drop off after a few days as the order has not processed correctly on our end. Why isn’t my coupon code working?
